In with the old and out with the new?

Hello and welcome!

As you would have undoubtedly herd, our website is currently under construction and we have designed over 4 different themes, the styles ranging from colourful and curvaceous, to purple and boxy. However, none of these themes seem to be right for us; while they all offer the exact same information in virtually the same ways, none of them look right!

Our team have tried changing colours, alignment and even shape, but nothing seems to work. we are positive that we are not going to get anywhere how we are going now. As you can imagine, designing pages that are hundreds of lines and many thousands of characters long is getting extremely boring for the Web development team.

However, we have come up with the idea of making the website take an older persona, with scrolls, columns and plaques decorating the site. As you can imagine, the old look of the website would not make any difference to the features that will be added, they would just be slightly aged.

This would be a huge change for not just the website, but JHgames as a whole, as there would no doubt be more and more ancient concept creeping into games and updates all of the time to match the website design. So, we want YOUR input on this matter; should it be in with the old and out with the new?

Thanks for reading and please vote in the poll,

Jack,
Lead Developer

Thanks to everyone that has voted in the poll and read the Article, the votes have really helped to decide what our new website will look like and even what future games and game content will be!

We have decided that the website will be have a very modern persona as we feel that it would be very difficult to fit in all of the features that we have planned into an olden theme, as well as certain members of the management team opting for modernization.
