I've been banned; what does this mean?

I've been banned; what does this mean?



Being banned means that a moderator - global or other wise - has banned you for breaking the rules. You will receive an email with the reason you have been banned and the date an how long. All bans will be checked by an admin for authenticity. If they find it is authentic then the ban will stay in place, if they find it to be false or wrong they will lift it and talk to that moderator.

If you feel you have been banned for no reason then please send an email to our support team at JHgamessupport@hotmail.co.uk.





Can I change my password?



Yes, you can change your password at any time in your profile. Simply fill in the forms at the top asking for your old and new password. DO NOT fill this in anywhere other than your profile, from which you have accessed via a direct link.

If you are having any problems with changing your password please send an email to our support team at JHgamessupport@hotmail.co.uk.





Can I change my username?



At this time, we have disallowed members to change their usernames for a variety of reasons. However, should you forget it, or it has been changed without your consent , you should contact an administrator or a global moderator via email or private message. This email (or private message) should contain: previous usernames, your password, your IP address and the email you registered with your account.

I've experienced troubles while paying for gamegold, can anyone help me?



If you have experienced any difficulties or problems with making a payment, firstly, try again, make sure everything you are doing is correct. if you are doing everything correctly then you should contact JACK either via private message or email.

Please note that you should never disclose credit card details to ANY member of JHgames, no matter what rank or name.





How can I report a bug?



To report a bug in one of our games please visit out "report a bug" page, which can be found Here and fill out the required fields.

To report a bug in the forums please post it in the tech help forums which can be located Here. Be sure to add as much information as possible so that our staff can quickly put a fix to it!






Can you make me a mod?



We are always looking for people to become moderators. Both for our games and for these forum, so there is no nee to ask to become a moderator. If we feel you have what it takes - your a friendly, helpful and safe player - we will make you a moderator.

If we do feel you have what it takes to become a moderator, we will send you an email with all the details. We will NEVER ask you on the forums or in a game, anyone that dose should be reported straight away for staff impersonation.





Someone asked me for my password claiming to be a member of staff, can I trust them?



In a nutshell, no. It's that simple, you really can't trust them. Staff will NEVER EVER ask you for your password! No matter what excuse you should never disclose that information. The only people that need to know it are JACK and Junk and they are the only people that have access to it.


Items or a form of progress have gone missing from my game account; what can I do?




First of all, have a look throught your bank, journal, boxes or any other storage places in the game to make sure that you have not meerly miss-placed it and that the item is not meant to have dissapeared. If you have died or exited a special area for example some items and progress wll be lost.

If you are certain that your item has been lost thanks to a bug or glitch then you should send a message to the Game Master of your game containing the name of the item lost and your username, please do not add any other information, that is all we need. You should recieve a message of appolgy on your game account with the item enclosed within 21 days if the Game Master sees that the item has been deleted by a bug glith.



Game gold has gone missing my my account; what can I do?



If game gold has gone missing from your account please send a private message to junk, where he can assess and compensate when needed. Be patient though - it may take some time!
